Subscription questions.
How do I start the trial?
The trial runs through the subscription in the Mac App Store and lasts 14 days with every feature. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Under App Store rules, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Can I use the trial more than once?
The free trial applies once per Apple Account. Family Sharing is not available for the subscription.
What happens to my projects if the subscription ends?
Projects are ordinary files on your Mac and stay that way. Without an active subscription you can open and view them (2D and 3D). Your own data – libraries, cargo-space profiles, items and CSV templates – remains exportable. Editing, calculating, exporting results, printing, sharing and outputs via Shortcuts/AppleScript require the subscription.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in your Apple Account’s subscription settings.
Are there discounts for schools or volume?
Nothing has been decided yet. Tell us what you need.
