Heights and tare weights are guide values. For load carriers made of solid wood, JetPallet reminds you of ISPM 15 (export treatment) in the report and in the inspector. Not built in are CHEP 1,200 × 1,000, the wooden Düsseldorf pallet to DIN 15146 and roll containers – for these, enter your own dimensions.

No payload is stored for semi-trailers because it depends on the tractor unit – you enter it. For reefer containers, the load line limits the stowage height.
7 vehicles in “Plan cargo space”
For single-article pallets, “Plan cargo space” calculates with these vehicles (internal dimensions in mm, payload in kg):
| Vehicle | Internal L × W × H | Payload |
|---|---|---|
| Semi-trailer 13.6 m | 13,600 × 2,480 × 2,700 | 24,000 |
| Mega trailer 13.6 m | 13,600 × 2,480 × 3,000 | 24,000 |
| Truck 7.5 t (box body 7.2 m) | 7,200 × 2,450 × 2,400 | 2,800 |
| Container 20′ | 5,898 × 2,352 × 2,393 | 28,000 |
| Container 40′ | 12,032 × 2,352 × 2,393 | 26,500 |
| Container 40′ High Cube | 12,032 × 2,352 × 2,698 | 26,500 |
| US trailer 53′ | 16,000 × 2,510 × 2,740 | 20,400 |
Your own cargo spaces
- Categories include van, rigid truck, semi-trailer, container and US trailer 53′.
- Load line (maximum stowage height), double deck with 1–3 levels (lower edge, clear height, payload per level) and multi-compartment with 1–5 compartments and partition walls.
- Axle data with axle groups (single axles, lift axles, air suspension as an assumption).
- Exchange as JSON with preview: keep, replace or import as a copy.
Double deck applies to exactly one vehicle; axle load balancing is disabled there.
